Shipping & Delivery

At Podium Boutique, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably.

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

Australia (Domestic):

Flat Rate: $10 for all orders under $150

Free Shipping on orders over $150

New Zealand:

Flat Rate: $20 on all orders

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please allow extra time during peak periods, holidays, or sale events.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 2–5 business days (metro areas), slightly longer for rural/regional locations

New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

We use reliable tracked shipping services to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery has been completed.
