Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of placing your order.
Please read our policy carefully before making a return. By shopping with Podium Boutique, you agree to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Have all original tags attached
Be in its original packaging
Be returned with your order confirmation or receipt
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing paperwork may not be accepted. If your return doesn’t meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the item back to you with an explanation.
Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem.
To request an exchange:

Email us at sales@podiumboutique.com.au with your order number and preferred replacement item.

We’ll place it on hold for you while we wait for your return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll ship out the exchange at no extra cost.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit once the return is approved.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go back to the original buyer.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
We recommend using registered post with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Notes
Sale items may not be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit, depending on availability.
Refunds are only issued once returns pass inspection and meet all return criteria.
